If anybody has any other ideas on how to resolve this without having to reinstall the Dashboard software then would appreciate it. Last resort will be to revert back to Windows 7 which I know there is an option to do, but would prefer not to have to do that. I will try and download the ISO file from the link mentioned by JohnAshwell above and see how that works, but having read a number of forums on this issue, I'm not expecting much.
I still can't access the network drive via explorer. I have also tried setting the Compatibility Mode to Windows 7 for the Dashboard executables, but that made no difference either. I've tried un-installing the Dashboard and re-installing it and get no issues doing this, but end up with the same result.
